Course Prerequisite(s)

This course is for succession and mentorship for outgoing and new HMK employees in the core values, culture, and foundational skills necessary to thrive at Honda Motors Kenya. Employees will explore Honda’s history, quality principles, communication etiquette, teamwork essentials, and health & safety standards—all in a friendly and interactive format.
